Support Living Labs

A study starts with the decision its findings should inform. The protocol connects the question, comparison, form of participation and review date. Companion software records changes and feedback so teams across sites and project phases work from the same shared record.

Make effort visible

A useful trial includes breaks, setup assistance and caregivers’ work. We record which task succeeds, which help remains necessary and where new burden arises. Protected time and shared responsibility make participation possible for people with limited spare capacity.

Robotics and IoT

A fetch module, adjustable shelf or lighting control starts with a defined task. With manufacturers, we specify the function, controls, interface and fallback. Everyday trials examine completion, cancellation, assistance and maintenance; the findings inform the next configuration.
